Are you SELLING, BUYING or REFINANCING your house?  You need a LAWYER.  We have affordable rates and more than 10 years of experience.  Currently we have the following prices:

 

Ø       Sale - from $1,050.  This amount includes legal fees (sale and discharge of one mortgage), disbursements and HST.

 

Ø       Purchase - from $1,600.  This amount includes legal fees (purchase and preparation of the first mortgage), disbursements and HST.  Land Transfer Tax, title insurance and government registration fees are extra.

 

Ø       Refinancing - from $750.  This amount includes legal fees (preparation of one new mortgage).  In addition, you will be paying disbursements (including title insurance), HST and government registration fees.  If your refinancing requires any additional services (transfer of title or preparation of discharges of existing mortgages), there may be extra fees and disbursements involved.
